Our preserved roses are 100% real flowers, handpicked at their peak from the highlands of Kunming, China — the world-renowned City of Eternal Spring. Through a proprietary preservation process, they maintain their natural softness, velvety texture, and vibrant colors for years. No water, no sunlight, no maintenance.
HOW LONG DO LULU ROSÉE PRESERVED ROSES LAST?
With proper care, our preserved roses last 1 to 3 years. They never wilt or fade like fresh flowers, making them a lasting symbol of love and a truly sustainable luxury gift.
ARE YOUR ROSES REAL?
Yes. Every rose is real. We select only the most perfect blooms from Kunming's finest farms, then preserve them using an eco-friendly, non-toxic solution that locks in their natural beauty. What you see is nature, paused.
HOW ARE THE ROSES PRESERVED?
Our preservation process replaces the natural sap of the rose with a plant-based solution. This gentle, non-toxic treatment removes moisture while keeping the petals soft, flexible, and richly colored. No two roses are exactly alike — and that's part of their charm.
WHAT ARRANGEMENTS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a curated collection of preserved rose arrangements, including heart-shaped boxes, round hat boxes, glass domes, square boxes, and porcelain vases. Each piece is handcrafted and presented in our signature Parisian-inspired packaging — ready to gift.
DO PRESERVED ROSES NEED ANY CARE?
None. Unlike fresh flowers, our preserved roses require no water, no sunlight, and no trimming. Simply keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. If dust collects, gently brush with a soft feather duster or cool hairdryer.

DO YOU OFFER WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?
Yes. We ship nationwide and to more than 50 international countries! All orders are dispatched from our studio in Kunming, China. Free worldwide shipping is available on orders over $299.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during peak seasons (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the link provided.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES?
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We take great care in packaging every order. If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue — whether through a replacement or a refund.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Unfortunately, our preserved rose arrangements are not eligible for returns. Due to the delicate nature of our products and the personal care taken in crafting each arrangement, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please also note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed, as each piece is handcrafted with care specifically for you.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
If you are not available to receive the package, the carrier will leave it at your doorstep or in a secure location. Depending on your region, a notification may be left with delivery instructions.
